Evgeny Fialkov is an experienced commercial and residential real estate broker and condominium property management broker with over 20 years’ experience helping clients buy, sell, manage and invest in properties. With a strong background in negotiation and property evaluation, Evgeny leverages his experience and industry connections to ensure seamless transactions and value maximization. As a fully licensed commercial and residential realtor, rental property manager and condominium manager, he has completed hundreds of property transactions and has extensive expertise in overseeing condominium communities with currently over $200 million in assets under management. Known for his hands-on approach and excellent communication skills, Evgeny ensures that all aspects of the property run smoothly, from coordinating maintenance and repairs to managing finances and addressing owners and residents’ concerns. 

Evgeny is skilled at budget management, reserve fund planning, vendor negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Evgeny obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is fully licensed and is in good standing with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) and Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). He takes pride in continuing education and stays up-to-date with industry trends to deliver the highest level of service  

Evgeny is a dedicated husband and father. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, basketball and chess, which helps bring a balanced and thoughtful perspective to his work.
